These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Blaia Store. By using the marketplace you agree to them.
The marketplace
- Blaia Store is a marketplace that connects local shops (sellers) with customers. Each seller is responsible for the products it lists and sells.
- Prices, availability, and delivery or pickup options are set by the seller.
Orders and payment
- When you place an order you make an offer to buy from the seller; the order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A platform commission may apply to sellers.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Blaia Store is not liable for the quality of seller products; disputes are handled through our dispute process.
